The School Social Worker/Counselor will plan, develop, and coordinate programs and activities to benefit all students and their families by addressing student well-being. In addition, the Social Worker/Counselor will work to address social emotional needs of all students by providing crisis intervention as well as preventative programming. Finally, the Social Worker/Counselor will work to develop and maintain a school, family, and community environment which fosters the maximum development of each student. Academy of the Holy Names, Albany, New York, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team and manage the financial aspects of this private Catholic school for girls (grades 6-12), including investments and audit activities. The CFO is responsible for financial oversight and reporting, budgeting, tuition setting, financial aid administration, regulatory compliance, and human resources oversight. As a member of the senior management team, she or he will be comfortable in a leadership role that demands clear communication and presentation skills. A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required; advanced degree preferred. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in supervising business office personnel and operations, will have a minimum of five years' experience in management at an independent school or non-profit institution, and a commitment to our mission as an independent, Catholic, all-girls school.
